# clsProviderServiceInfo

`clsProviderServiceInfo` represents one service code assignment for a provider location, joined from `PROVIDER_SERVICE` to `PROVIDER_SERVICE_CODE`. It is a plain data-holder object populated exclusively by `clsProviderServiceList`'s direct-query load, distinct from the portal/criteria business objects elsewhere in this library.

## Purpose
- Carries the service code and its descriptive text assigned to a provider location, joined from the code lookup table at load time so no additional query is needed to resolve the description.
- Serves as the row-level building block for `clsProviderLocation.Services`, which downstream legal/claim consumers use to determine what services a location is authorized to provide.*

## Context
- Namespace: `SAIF.Business.View.Provider`
- Assembly/package: `SAIF.Business.View.Provider` (embedded/project-compiled); also distributed as the NuGet package `SAIF.BOF.Business.View.Provider`.

## Public members
| Member | Signature | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `ProviderLocationID` | `ReadOnly Property ProviderLocationID As Decimal` | Identifies the location this service assignment belongs to. |
| `ServiceCode` | `ReadOnly Property ServiceCode As String` | The code identifying the service assigned to this location. |
| `ServiceDescription` | `ReadOnly Property ServiceDescription As String` | The descriptive text for `ServiceCode`, resolved via the join to `PROVIDER_SERVICE_CODE` at load time. |

## Behavioral notes
- OP-12: instances are created and populated exclusively during `clsProviderServiceList`'s constructor query, which joins `PROVIDER_SERVICE` to `PROVIDER_SERVICE_CODE` on `:ProviderLocationID` (SQL-PSVC-01); there is no standalone retrieval path for a single service assignment.*

## Constraints and usage notes
- Read-only data holder with no rule-engine validation or persistence surface; always obtained via `clsProviderLocation.Services` or a direct `clsProviderServiceList` construction.

> **Note:** Statements marked with `*` were inferred from code structure, naming
> conventions, or contextual evidence where direct confirmation was not available
> in source artifacts. Statements marked with `**` could not be confirmed; treat
> as unknown until verified.
